Run Planner was built to support runners in reaching their running goals with a simple, mileage based plan.
Runners enter their current ability, i.e. how many miles they can run today without stopping, their goal distance, i.e. the event or distance they are trying to achieve, and the event date, when their goal will take place.
Run Planner then populates the bottom of the screen with exactly how many miles the runner should complete each day leading up to their goal. Runners can download the plan as an excel doc or sign-up to keep track of their runs and participate in a number of accountability features, including SMS and email reminders and adding runs directly to their Google calendar.
Our aim is to support as many runners as possible in accomplishing their running goals!
